Ernie's passion for these wines, combined with winemaker Louis Strydom's considerable talents, has proved a winning combination. The flagship Ernie Els is a sublime, signature Bordeaux style blend of all five varieties. Engelbrecht Els Vineyards is a Proprietor's Blend combining Ernie's Bordeaux style pallet and Shiraz. Big Easy is an elegant wine with a full, robust style than can be enjoyed at an early age but also has the potential to age.
