Ernie has selected a handful of his favourite wine estates in South Africa to showcase extraordinary wines and amazing food in spectacular natural surroundings. This trip offers plenty of opportunity to visit some of the celebrated Cape estates and try award-winning wines under the expert guidance of some of the county's leading producers, including Ernie's long-time friend and business partner Jean Engelbrecht and their other collaborator, the exceptionally gifted Louis Strydom.

Estates visted include the Ernie Els flagship cellar, his second winery Guardian Peak, the multiple award-winning Rust en Vrede, the boutique Audacia, Tuscan-style Waterford and the breathtakingly beautiful l'Ormarins.
