Mike Kenny

Michael P. Kenny is 37 years old and President of Ernie Els Design. Previously, Mr. Kenny served as Vice President of Business Development at Nicklaus Design from 1999 - 2001. He then joined EED and was tabbed early on to assist Els with building his brand and establishing EED into a premier international golf course design company.

Prior to joining Nicklaus, Mr. Kenny was an associate at a prominent Florida law firm in the hospitality practice area. His practice area focused on representation of developers of golf oriented master planned communities and resorts.

Mr. Kenny is a 1997 graduate of Stetson University College of Law and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and Urban Land Institute. He has lectured on the topic of golf course design agreements for a national legal education conference.
