You could scarcely wish for a more dramatic location on which to create a golf course. It was clear from the outset that this golf course would be designed to maximize the impact of its natural, rugged and beautiful surroundings.

The finished golf course is a tribute to that initial philosophy. With views that take in forest, sea, river and mountain, Oubaai is a spectacular assault on the senses. It’s like nothing else in South Africa. The clubhouse is designed in such a way to offer wonderful and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and Gwaing River Valley.
